Spinach
If you want youthful, beautiful skin you should make sure your fridge is stocked up with spinach. This rich, green food is a fantastic source of lutein, which according to researchers at Tufts University can help to reduce wrinkling. Other studies have found that lutein can help the skin to retain moisture and its elasticity, which will also help skin look young. Add some spinach to your salads, to curries or whip up a feta and spinach pie to get your lutein fix.

Pumpkin seeds
Scatter some pumpkin seeds on your cereal, add them to a tart or pop a handful into your salad if you’d like plump, wrinkle-free skin. Pumpkin seeds are excellent anti-ageing foods because they contain zinc, which helps the skin regenerate new cells. Zinc also contains collagen, which is a must if you want firm and supple skin.

Salmon is an oily fish and contains heaps of omega-3 fatty acids. This is great news for our complexions because when we age our skin dries out, but omega-3 helps our skin stay hydrated and also helps to boost the natural oils present in our skin.
